Fiscalía no ha resuelto accidente fatal ocurrido en el Rincón de los Machetes
El jefe de policía de Florida, Daniel Romero, informó que la fiscalía continúa investigando el accidente fatal ocurrido en el mes de enero en el Rincón de los Machetes, ruta 5 y 56.
Según explicó, la fiscalía citó a audiencia al conductor de la camioneta y pidió a Jefatura de Policía, “actuaciones complementarias, otras pericias que se están desarrollando”.
De todas formas, aclaró que “no tenemos acceso a las pericias, se cargan al sistema y van directo a fiscalía”.
Además, dijo no tener conocimiento que tenga medidas de privación de libertad, pero si informó que la espirometría y la prueba de alcohol en sangre dieron cero.
