Joven de 23 años fue condenado por once delitos de hurto
Como resultado del trabajo llevado adelante por la Policía de Florida ante hechos ocurridos en la ciudad, en las últimas horas la Justicia condenó a un joven de 23 años por once delitos de hurto.
Ante audiencia llevada adelante en los últimos días en el Juzgado Letrado de 4° Turno, Magistrada Actuante decretó para G.P.C de 23 años, su condena como autor penalmente responsable de once delitos de hurtos, dos de ellos agravados por tratarse de cosa expuesta al público, uno de ellos agravado por la pluriparticipación, todos en régimen de reiteración real, a la pena de dos (2) años de penitenciaría de cumplimiento efectivo.
Los Hechos:
Describiéndose brevemente los hechos por los que esta Policía investigó e intervino a esta persona el primero tuvo lugar a fines del mes de setiembre ocasión en que, hurtó una moto que se encontraba estacionada sobre Avenida José Pedro Varela.
Luego, durante el mes de octubre, en cinco oportunidades ingresó a un local ubicado sobre Avenida Aparicio Saravia hurtando bebidas alcohólicas, carne y embutidos habiendo quedado registrado en las cámaras de seguridad del lugar.
Así mismo el 10 de octubre hurtó una moto que se encontraba estacionada en José Debali, la cual fue recuperada a posterior por la Policía.
En el mes de octubre también hurtó varios paquetes de panchos de un comercio ubicado sobre calle Antonio María Fernández donde ingresó, guardó en una mochila la mercadería y se retiró del lugar sin abonar.
Siguiendo con la descripción de los hechos, el 25 de octubre, el ahora condenado hurtó mercadería de otro comercio ubicado sobre Avenida Aparicio Saravia.
Finalizando con la descripción de los hechos, a fines del mes de octubre este joven concurrió a un comercio ubicado sobre Antolín Urioste, llevándose calzado y embutidos que se encontraban para la venta; y por último, el día 6 del presente mes ingresó a un comercio ubicado sobre Avenida Coronel Manuel Freire hurtando varios maples de huevos.
